Hi see you again on the Linux tutorial how to install Fedora 18. We will learn how to install the new Fedora 18 step by step. We are using Fedora 18 Alpha edition since the final release is not out yet. We provide the tutorial as is and may be different with yours. Before you continue, you may want to watch the Fedora 18 screenshots first.
Step to Install Fedora 18
1. Boot your computer using Fedora 18 ISO
2. Select Install to hard drive when you reached Fedora 18 desktop
3. Now select the installation language
4. Next complete item with mark on it. It’s a good update on Fedora installer. It will automatically detect some settings such as date and time, keyboard layout etc in a single place.
5. Press Installation destination to continue. Select the disk to install Fedora 18 and press Continue.
Then the installer will start installing Fedora 18 to your hard disk. On this example we are using automatic partitioning. You can choose other method if you want.
