Mount NTFS drives on Pear Linux using NTFS Configuration Tool


Linux uses several filesystems including Ext2, Ext3, Ext4, UFS and some others. In some Linux distribution, they do not automatically supports NTFS (Windows 7 file system). We need to add additional package or software in order to read and write NTFS file system. In this shor tutorial, we will show you how to mount NTFS drives on Pear Linux 6. We are using NTFS Configuration Tool, a powerful tool to configure NTFS support, add read and write capabilities to Pear Linux to NTFS drive. 
The NTFS disks will be listed under advanced configuration menu. You can easily mount them by checking them. It will be automatically mounted. Check the option Enable write support for both internal and external devices if you want.
