Open Terminal and paste this command to add the repository. Do this command as root off course
zypper ar http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/i386 Google-ChromeFor OpenSUSE 12.2 64bit
zypper ar http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/rpm/stable/x86_64 Google-Chrome
Now update the repository. Upon the update process you will be asked to accept the confirmation send by the system asking for permission to add the repo without key.
zypper rfAnd install Google Chrome
zypper in google-chrome-stableThat's it. Now you should have Google Chrome stable version installed on your OpenSUSE 12.2.
