Create Startup Disk on Deepin Linux 12.06
In order to install Deepin Linux 12.06 from a USB flash disk we can create Deepin Linux Live USB using Startup Disk. This application comes with Deepin Linux Live CD. The aim of this tutorial is to create Deepin Linux 12.06 Live USB using Startup Disk.
How to Create Startup Disk on Deepin Linux 12.06
1. Go to Deepin menu > Applications > System Tools > Startup Disk
2. Browse to the Deepin Linux 12.06 ISO or CD.
3. Select the USB disk from the list. At this point a USB flash disk should be plugged in already.
4. You can also create a persistent mode by allocating some space on the USB disk to store settings etc.
5. Press Make Startup Disk to start the process.
