Cheese is my favorite webcam application. Its very simple, fun and easy to use. Cheese is not available by default on Ubuntu 13.10 (at least until Ubuntu 13.10 Beta 2, Cheese is not there). Cheese can be used to record a video using built in webcam on your laptop very easy. You can take still photo, add effects to the video and many more.
We can easily install Cheese in Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander with a single command.
sudo apt-get install cheese
With the command above, Ubuntu 13.10 will download and install Cheese.
