This short guide will show you how to install the latest version of Cairo Dock on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail. Cairo Dock is a docking utility that emulates application shortcuts on Linux which look like Mac OS X dock. To install the latest version of Cairo Dock on Ubuntu, we need to setup the Cairo dock repository first.
Execute the following commands on Terminal
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cairo-dock-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cairo-dock cairo-dock-plug-ins
The commands above will add Cairo Dock repository to your Ubuntu system, update the repository and install Cairo Dock system.
