If there were no problems during installation, we can go further to the network setup. This step is automatically executed when Debian 7 is finished copying files and installing on a computer. Please read our previous Debian 7 installation part 1 before reading this post.
Now enter the hostname for your new system.
Domain name for your Local network
Enter the root password. Please note that this is the root password which should be strong enough and only you should know this password.
Now we need to add new user to the system
Enter the password for the new user.
Then the installer will continue to configure the clock and time zone. OK, see you on the Debian 7 installation part 3.
